I am a mental health counselor and drama therapist practicing in Connecticut.

 

Prior to pursuing mental health I spent 10+ years as a performer with Cirque du Soleil, P!NK, Piff the Magic Dragon, Franco Dragone, and others. I infuse creativity into therapy and strive to create holistic, embodied experiences for clients. Through mindfulness, somatic work, improvisation, storytelling, and roleplay clients walk away with a deeper understanding of thought patterns and freedom from self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. When not in session I enjoy collecting ukuleles, wrangling dachshunds, and spending time with family and friends.
